Protein are good because they contain unsaturated fats that burn on their own to produce energy for the body to function.do not listen to what they tell you that is against eating proteins and of course you should eat measurably and in good quality.

5) weekly fasting and practicing one meal a day 

It is important to give it break from time to time for body to use the stored food in the body inform of fats.This will help in losing weight and having a body that is not so bulky to carry around. It is hard to let yourself experience hunger from time to time but if you do it along enough,you create a habit that will help you live a disease free life.

6) incorporating a fiber filled diet

Fiber in your diet will help prevent constipation,manage blood sugar and aid in digestion. This fiber rich foods will help you cut your weight to be healthier and prevent disease.
